Experience

Working with HDFC Bank LTD as Collection & Repossession vendor since 2008 with a team member of around 98. We are handling portfolio for AL, TW, CTG, Unsecured Product in location Sirsa, Fatehabad, Hisar, Rohtak, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Bahadurgarh, Mahendergarh Etc. We have good collection team in Deep Geographic of Haryana.

OUR SET UP & INFRASTRUCTURE:-

Our agency is supported by the following infrastructure: 

* Mobile phone to all supervisors & field executives to facilitate the fieldwork.
* 30-P4 Computer, 4 Printers.
* All Land Line phones With Recording facilities.
* Independent workstation for each Field Officer.
* Our branch offices are situated in Hissar, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri and Sirsa whereas all DRA executives have managed and visited customers in delinquent cases.
* All compliance-related activities of branches are managed by Hisar and Rohtak office and collection executive.
* We have 70 Field executives, 18 Telecallers and 10 Supervisors in our Team.
